Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We provide free domestic and international shipping on orders over $400. International shipping times vary depending on region and take between 2-5 business days (1-3 business days for domestic orders within Hong Kong). Orders will leave our warehouse in Hong Kong within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside of Hong Kong. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Approximate amount of duties payable by the customer on delivery will be provided at the checkout.


RETURNS

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Face masks and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please apply for a return approval through our Returns Center within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted. 

Pack all the unwanted items, along with the original packing slip and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. 

We currently offer easy returns for orders from the USA. A returns label will be emailed to you once the return has been approved. Please note if your return is accepted there will be a $35 return shipping fee deducted from the total amount refunded. You can also opt to send the return using your choice of carrier. 

For returns within Hong Kong, we offer two options. You can return the unwanted items to our store at PMQ in person or post them back to our returns department at your own cost.

For all other orders (rest of the world) you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the unwanted item. You must ship the unwanted items within 14 days of delivery and send us the shipment tracking number to be eligible for a refund.

Please allow 3-5 days from the day we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
