Shipping and Returns

Standard Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays).

Please note that shipping times may vary due to national and bank holidays.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.

Express Shipping

We offer expedited delivery for selected countries. You can choose Express Shipping at an additional cost at checkout. Please note that the additional shipping cost is non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes

When shopping in the UK, Europe, Australia, Mexico, or Singapore, duties and taxes are included in the product price.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Duties and taxes are forwarded directly to your local customs authorities, so you will not need to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country. Duty and tax calculations are based on the shipment destination and total purchase value.

PO Box

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders listing such addresses will be put on hold by our customer care team, who will contact you to arrange an alternative. If no new delivery location is provided within 3 business days, your order will be automatically canceled.

Shipment Delays

While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, goods may be subject to delays due to customs or extreme weather conditions. Customers are responsible for providing any information required by customs to avoid holds. We cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Refused Delivery

If an order is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping to our Hong Kong warehouse. Any courier fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund once the parcel is received.


Contact customer service immediately regarding wrong, defective, or damaged items. Please provide proof of image, and we will promptly assess the best solution.


The estimated shipping date is specified on our product pages. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping dates for pre-order items are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All pre-order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, split deliveries will be arranged at no extra cost. If you wish to receive the order in one shipment, please contact our customer service team after placing your order.

Return requests must be initiated on our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Any requests outside of this window are not accepted.

If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date.

Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and retain their original tags and condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

We provide pre-paid shipping labels for the countries listed below. The cost for return shipping will be deducted from the merchandise refund. You may also opt to ship to our Hong Kong warehouse at your own cost.

If you choose to return the items at your own cost, we advise using a tracked courier service and retaining proof of postage or insuring the returned shipment. We are not responsible for any packages damaged or lost in transit.


We offer a one-time, non-refundable exchange for the same item in an alternative size, subject to availability. Please initiate an exchange request on our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. 


Once your return is received at our warehouse in Hong Kong, you will be notified via email. It will then be inspected for any signs of wear or damage. If your return is eligible, you will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, duties, or any additional charges. This process may take up to 14 business days to be reflected in your account.
