Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to availability and payment verification.

Delivery times are calculated from dispatch and do not include order processing time.

While delivery timeframes are estimates, we always aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to shipping restrictions. If this happens, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Please note:

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once a package is marked as delivered, SAU LEE is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and may change.

While delays or cancellations may occasionally occur, we always do our best to deliver pre-order items as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

We ship globally Monday through Friday (excluding Hong Kong holidays), with all non-U.S. orders dispatched from Hong Kong.

Hong Kong & Macau orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

All other international orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

SAU LEE is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

For customers in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Singapore, duties and taxes are already included in the product price shown.

For all other regions, orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP):
