Returns Policy
We accept returns and one-time size exchanges on full-priced Clothing, Bags, and Shoes within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free of makeup, fragrance, and marks
Discounted and promotional items (including Singles' Day, Black Friday, Lucky Sale, Memorial Day and End of Season promotions) are eligible for store credit or a one-time size exchange only.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back. No exceptions.
Amending a Return
You may modify your exchange shipping address or cancel your return through the returns portal before it has been processed.
United States Returns

- A USD 35 return fee applies to mailed returns
- Return fees are waived for exchanges
- Exchange items will only be shipped once the original return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, unless Instant Exchange is selected
- SAU LEE is not responsible for returns lost in transit
All Other Country Returns

- Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the return label provided
- Pre-paid return labels are currently available only for the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and Asia (excluding Hong Kong and Macau)
- Returns from all other countries must be shipped to our Hong Kong warehouse at your own cost
- Return fees are waived for exchanges
- Exchange items will only be shipped once the original return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse
- SAU LEE is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 10 business days, often sooner.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and will exclude:
- Any original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase
- Applicable return fees
- Duties and taxes for orders shipped to the following countries: Canada
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Incorrect Returns
We can only accept items purchased directly from SAU-LEE.com.
If items from other brands or retailers are sent to us in error, we are unable to take responsibility for them or guarantee their return.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@sau-lee.com.
Please do not submit a standard return request — our team will guide you through the next steps.
For damaged Final Sale items:
- A replacement will be offered where available
- If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued
