Shipping Options

Hong Kong Orders: Free shipping for all orders.
International Orders: Standard shipping fee of US$30 for orders under US$300.

Orders are shipped out from our Hong Kong warehouse on the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays) after being placed

You will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase and shipment, including the tracking number, once the order is placed. You will be notified via email of any delays or issues with shipping.

Standard & Express shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over US$300 for selected countries. Standard shipping fee is US$30 if your order value is under US$300.

If you need expedited delivery, you can opt for Express Shipping at an additional cost which can be selected at checkout. Please note that this expedited delivery cost is non-refundable.

Express orders placed before 12PM HKT will be shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or Hong Kong Public Holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen.

Customs Fees – Duties & Taxes

For select countries, duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, then forwarded to your local customs authorities. You will not need to pay additional fees when your order arrives at your country. Duty and tax calculation is based on the shipment destination and total purchase value.

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

For countries that are not included in “Destinations with Pre-paid Duties and Taxes”, orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This signifies the customer assumes liability for any local sales taxes or import duties imposed. We are unable to provide exact figures as they fluctuate between countries according to import regulations.

Upon shipping, the local courier will contact customers to settle all import duties, custom charges and domestic sales taxes mandated by the destination country.

Refusing shipments obligates customers to cover costs like returning packages to Hong Kong, as well as courier-assessed storage fees, deducted from merchandise refunds once returns are received.

PO Box

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders listing to such addresses will be placed on hold by our customer care team who will be in touch to arrange an alternative. If no new delivery location is provided within 3 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Shipment delays

While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, goods may be subjected to delays due to customs or extreme weather conditions. Customers are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to avoid holds. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by any circumstances beyond our control.

Refused delivery

If an order is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping to our Hong Kong warehouse, plus courier fees. The amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund once the parcel(s) are received. Shipping costs and any paid duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Faulty

Contact customer service immediately regarding wrong, defective or damaged items. We will assess and process refunds or replacements as soon as possible.

Pre-order

The estimated shipping date is specified on our product pages. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been shipped out./p>

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, split deliveries will be arranged where the in-stock items will be shipped first at no extra cost. If you wish to receive the order in one go, please contact our customer service team after your order is placed.

Returns

Please initiate any returns using our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving an order. Return instructions will be emailed upon approval, allowing 14 days for items to be shipped back. Please contact our customer care team If you have any issues with your return. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.

Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and retain original tags and condition. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

When choosing to return the items at your own cost, we advise opting for a tracked courier service and retaining proof of postage or insuring the returned shipment. We are not responsible for any package damaged or lost in transit.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time, non-refundable exchange for the same item in an alternative size, subjected to availability. Original shipping costs remain non-refundable. Please contact our customer care team if you have any questions.

Refund

Once your return is received at our warehouse in Hong Kong you will be notified via email. It will then be inspected for any signs of wear or damage. If your return is eligible, you will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, duties or any additional charges. This process may take up to 14 business days to be reflected on your account.
